Houston, Texas

One area.
One roofer.
Your roof.

One roofing company is assigned to each Northline territory, in writing. Tell us your address and what happened to your roof. If your area is covered, your request goes to that roofer, not a list of competing companies.

First, check your address. Tell us about the damage and leave a working phone number. Northline checks the territory and the request. If the area is covered, the assigned roofer receives it and contacts you. The job can then be tracked through the inspection, the work, and your review. There is no published response-time guarantee.

Before you sign a roofing contract in Texas

Your property insurance deductible is yours to pay. Texas Insurance Chapter 707, Section 707.002 requires a policyholder to pay the deductible on a first-party property claim. Texas Business and Commerce Section 27.02 prohibits a contractor from waiving, rebating, or absorbing that deductible without the insurer's consent.

A contractor doing the roofing work must not also act as your public insurance adjuster on that property. A roofer can document roof conditions and provide an estimate. The insurer decides coverage and claim payment.

Consequence: unlawful deductible-waiver conduct can be a Class B misdemeanor. Contracts of $1,000 or more involving an insurance settlement must include the required deductible notice.

Northline does not decide insurance coverage, negotiate claims, promise claim approval, or tell you that you need a replacement without an actual roof assessment.

Check your address.

Start with the property location. The address determines which territory would receive the request.

Address first. Damage next. Phone last. Privacy at every step.

This page is a local demonstration, not a connected intake service. Submitting prepares a request file on your device. It does not send your address or phone number to a roofer.

Roofers pay us. Homeowners never do. Your information is not sold to a list of companies. The Northline model is one roofer per territory. A homeowner request is never resold or distributed to competing roofers.

No bidding war for your phone number. If an area has no assigned roofer, it is unclaimed. We do not invent coverage.

One roofer for each assigned area. Illustrative map
Northline abstract territory illustration Fictional irregular territory shapes. Their colors change as the visitor scrolls. This is abstract artwork, not a Houston boundary map, real street data, storm information, or a statement of availability.

Assignment concept
One slot per territory.

Once contracted, the territory has one Northline roofer.

A roof request should have a clear destination.

You give us the property address and describe the problem. Northline checks whether the address belongs to an assigned territory. If it does, the request goes to that area's one roofer. The roofer contacts you. The job can be tracked through the inspection, the work, and your review.

Tell us the address.

Your property location determines the Northline territory. You describe the damage and leave a phone number.

We check the area.

The address is compared with the assigned territory record. An area without a checked roofer remains unclaimed.

The roofer contacts you.

If the area is covered and the request passes the checks, one assigned roofer receives it and calls you.

The job stays on record.

Contact, inspection, booking, completion, and the job price can be recorded against the original homeowner request.

Your review stays with the job.

Northline keeps the homeowner review alongside the job record and the post-job inspection. There are no customer reviews published yet.

Your phone number is not a product.

We do not sell your information to a list of companies. We do not distribute your request to five contractors. We do not resell an old inquiry. One roofer gets your job. That is the whole model.

Price schedule displayed for this Northline page, November 2026. The monthly pack price is the amount Northline charges for the pack. No separate Northline per-lead fee is advertised. About 15 and about 35 are approximate monthly Checked Lead counts, not appointments, signed contracts, completed roofs, or revenue. Whole City has no published numeric lead minimum. Territory boundaries and existing assignments must be confirmed in the signed agreement.

First roofer in an area: five free Checked Leads.

The first eligible roofer in an available territory can request a five-lead proof sample at no charge. The sample is five qualifying homeowner requests, not five booked inspections or five jobs. Availability and qualification must be confirmed before delivery.

Request the sample →

Dead-number rule. A confirmed dead or disconnected number is rejected, replaced free, and never counted toward the qualifying lead total. An unanswered call is not automatically a dead number.

Minimum rule. If a signed pack agreement states a qualifying lead minimum and the delivered total falls short, Northline provides free qualifying top-ups. The agreement must state the exact minimum and measurement period. Approximate counts above are not unconditional minimum guarantees.

One defined product. Every check visible.

Northline Checked Lead

A Checked Lead is one homeowner request that passes the published qualification checks and is assigned to the roofer contracted for that property territory.

A phone number by itself is not a Checked Lead. A storm report by itself is not a Checked Lead. A property inside a ZIP code by itself is not a Checked Lead.

The unit is the checked homeowner record. The count is the number of records that pass, not the number of times someone calls, opens a dashboard, or downloads a list.

6 checks

Six named qualification checks define one Northline Checked Lead. The same six fields appear on the sample record.

Northline Checked Lead

Product definition

A qualifying unit contains the homeowner's name and property address, a working phone verification, a stated roofing need, a confirmed territory match, and a consent and source record. Each check is recorded as pass or fail. Missing information remains marked as not verified.

1

Name and property address match

The supplied homeowner name and property address are checked for consistency. This check is not a title search and does not independently prove legal ownership.

Record fields: name, property address, match result.
2

Working phone verified

The supplied number must pass the defined working-number verification process. A correctly formatted number alone is not enough. An unanswered call is not proof that a number is disconnected.

Record fields: phone, verification method, result, verification date.
3

Real homeowner need recorded

The homeowner has stated a roofing issue or requested an inspection. A stated need is not a professional finding that the roof requires repair or replacement.

Record fields: issue, description, request status.
4

Territory match confirmed

The property address must fall within the specific contracted territory of the receiving roofer. An address outside that area is rejected for that roofer.

Record fields: territory ID, boundary version, match result.
5

Homeowner consent recorded

The request must contain the applicable consent record explaining that the assigned territory roofer may contact the homeowner about the stated roofing request.

Record fields: consent wording version, captured date, source.
6

Source and provenance recorded

The record carries its original source and capture date. If a storm is relevant and supported by a source, its storm date, source, retrieval date, and applicable storm window are recorded. Unknown values remain unknown.

Record fields: source, captured date, storm date, retrieval date, storm window, swath reference where available.

What a Checked Lead does not include

It does not include a guaranteed appointment, an approved insurance claim, a confirmed roof defect, a signed contract, a completed installation, or a guaranteed payment. It is not an estimate, inspection report, insurance decision, or revenue figure. Those outcomes belong to the roofer and homeowner.

Dead numbers are rejected, replaced free, and never counted.

A confirmed disconnected or dead phone number fails the working phone check. It is removed from the qualifying total and replaced without an additional lead charge. A number that rings without an answer is not automatically classified as dead. The verification method and reporting procedure must be recorded in the signed pack terms.

A storm claim is not published as verified unless its source, retrieval date, storm date, and relevant window can be shown on the individual record. A storm forecast or parcel estimate is not itself a homeowner Checked Lead.

We publish what the checks reject.

A screening system should not hide the records it refuses. Northline's rejection rate is intended to be calculated from the same candidate pool as its accepted lead count.

Not measured Real candidates reviewed
Not measured Real candidates rejected
Not published Actual rejection rate

No Northline candidate pool or completed rejection audit is published yet. No real rejection percentage is claimed. When records exist, the count will state the number reviewed, the number rejected, the number accepted, the geography, and the as-of date. All figures will come from the same record set.

The promise and the limit belong together.

Exclusivity is guaranteed in writing.

One roofer is assigned to each contracted territory. During the contract term, Northline will not assign the same contracted territory's homeowner requests to a second Northline roofer.

Owner: Northline. Trigger: a signed territory agreement identifying the boundaries and term. Start event: the effective date written in that agreement. Scope: Northline's own assignment and routing, not every roofing opportunity generated outside Northline.

Registration stateNone. No warranty registration gate.
Balance stateNone. No registration balance gate.

How an exclusivity claim starts

The roofer gives Northline written notice identifying the contracted territory, the agreement, and the alleged duplicate Northline assignment. The notice is reviewed against the signed agreement and Northline's assignment records. The claim window is the active contract term. The agreement must identify the Northline notice recipient and the remedy. No monetary refund, claim cap, or outside claim administrator is promised here. The current demonstration page has no connected claim-submission service.

Results are never guaranteed.

A checked homeowner request is not a booked inspection, a signed roofing contract, a completed roof, an insurance approval, or revenue. A homeowner may not answer, may decide no work is needed, or may choose another contractor.

Owner of the sales outcome: the roofing company and homeowner. Trigger: the homeowner's decision after contact and assessment. Start event: the homeowner request. Northline does not promise a conversion rate or a completed job.

Registration stateNone. No warranty registration gate.
Balance stateNone. No registration balance gate.

How a result complaint starts

A roofer may document a lead-quality issue against the six published checks using the claim procedure in its signed pack agreement. A homeowner's decision not to hire is not, by itself, a failed check. There is no claim for guaranteed revenue or guaranteed work.

Dead numbers are replaced free.

A confirmed disconnected or dead phone number fails the working phone check. It is removed from the qualifying lead total and replaced without an additional lead charge.

Owner: Northline. Trigger: evidence that the supplied number is dead or disconnected, not merely unanswered. Start event: the roofer's documented report under the signed pack procedure. The reporting window and verification method must be written in the pack agreement. No unstated deadline is implied.

Registration stateNone.
Balance stateNone.

How a replacement claim starts

The roofer identifies the lead record and supplies the call or disconnection evidence specified in the agreement. Northline reviews the phone-check result, excludes a confirmed dead number, and supplies a replacement qualifying lead. The exact procedure and reporting window belong in the signed agreement.

Lead minimums receive free top-ups.

If a signed pack agreement states a qualifying Checked Lead minimum and the delivered qualifying total is short at the end of its measurement period, Northline supplies additional qualifying leads without an additional lead charge.

Owner: Northline. Trigger: the agreed measurement period ends below the signed qualifying lead minimum. Start event: the first day of that measurement period stated in the agreement. The agreement must state the minimum, period, counting rules, and delivery arrangement. Approximate pack counts are not unconditional minimum guarantees.

Registration stateNone.
Balance stateNone.

How a top-up claim starts

The roofer gives written notice referencing the signed pack and measurement period. Northline compares the accepted lead records with the agreed minimum. A confirmed shortfall is supplied as free qualifying top-ups. The measurement period and notice process must appear in the agreement.

One contracted territory has one Northline roofer.

The boundaries and contract dates are written into the territory agreement. Northline's promise applies to Northline's own routing. It does not prevent a homeowner from finding another roofer independently.

An area without a contracted, checked roofer is shown as unclaimed, not as occupied or available by assumption.

There is no fake availability counter.

The map is abstract artwork. It contains no live territory data, real boundaries, sales totals, or storm information. A territory opening is confirmed against the actual signed territory record before it is offered.

Current public territory inventory: not published. As-of date: November 2026. No live availability query is connected to this demonstration page.

The lead is the beginning. The job record is the difference.

A map can show an area. A lead platform can deliver a phone number. Northline is designed to keep going after the handoff.

The original Checked Lead stays connected to contact attempts, inspection booking, the completed work, the recorded job price, the post-job inspection, and the homeowner's review.

Reviews belong inside the Northline record, not in a rented review widget detached from the job. The homeowner's experience and the job's outcome remain connected.

What we do not do.

The system only means something if we are clear about what it cannot promise. We would rather publish the limit than hide it.

We do not sell shared leads.

One Northline homeowner request goes to one roofer assigned to that property territory. We do not distribute the same request to a competing list.

We do not resell old requests.

A homeowner request is not recycled as a fresh lead for another company. The assigned destination is part of the original territory record.

We do not guarantee a roof sale.

We cannot make a homeowner answer, book an inspection, approve an estimate, or sign a roofing contract. A lead is a lead, not revenue.

We do not call every storm a roofing job.

Weather information can help identify an area worth checking. It cannot establish that a particular roof is damaged or that a homeowner wants work.

We do not tell every homeowner to replace a roof.

An inspection may find that a repair is sufficient or that no work is needed. The contractor should explain what the roof actually needs, not turn every visit into a replacement sale.

We do not pretend to have a track record we have not earned.

Northline has no published verified job history, review count, or measured rejection rate yet. Those fields remain unpublished until actual records support them.

We do not act as your insurance adjuster.

Northline and its roofing companies do not promise claim approval, negotiate policy coverage, or represent the homeowner as a public insurance adjuster. The insurer makes the coverage decision.

Questions worth answering.

The prices, the lead checks, and the limits, without the sales conversation.

How much does Northline cost?

One Area costs $499 per month for one territory and about 15 Checked Leads. Storm Partner costs $899 per month for two territories and about 35 Checked Leads, with storm lists prioritized. Whole City costs $1,499 per month for broader Houston coverage, subject to existing territory rights. These counts are approximate lead counts, not booked jobs.

What exactly is a Northline Checked Lead?

One homeowner request that passes six checks: name and property address consistency, working phone verification, a stated roofing need, territory match, homeowner consent, and source and provenance recording. The six checks and their record fields are published in the Checked Lead definition above.

What does working phone verified mean?

The supplied number must pass the working-number verification process. Correct formatting alone is not enough. A phone that rings without an answer is not automatically a dead number. The method and verification date belong on the individual record.

What happens if a number is dead?

A confirmed dead or disconnected number fails the phone check. It is removed from the qualifying lead total and replaced free. It is never counted. An unanswered call alone does not establish a dead number. The signed pack agreement must state the reporting process and its window.

What does the free five-lead sample include?

The first eligible roofer in an available territory can request five Checked Leads at no charge. The territory must be confirmed available and the roofer must qualify. Five leads are not five booked inspections or five roofing jobs.

Is my territory exclusive?

One roofer is assigned to each contracted territory. Northline's exclusivity commitment is guaranteed in writing for the stated territory and contract term. It applies to Northline's routing. It does not stop homeowners from contacting other companies independently.

Are 15 and 35 guaranteed jobs?

No. About 15 and about 35 are approximate monthly Checked Lead counts. They are not appointments, signed contracts, completed roofs, or revenue. A specific qualifying lead minimum only applies if it is written into the signed agreement. A shortfall against that minimum receives free qualifying top-ups.

How fast does a storm list arrive?

Storm Partner lists are prioritized after relevant storms. Northline does not publish a guaranteed delivery time. The timing depends on source information, homeowner requests, and the qualification checks. No fixed 24-hour or 48-hour promise is made here.

Where does storm information come from?

Storm provenance must be attached to each record when a relevant source is available. The record must show the source, the date pulled, the storm date or date-of-loss window, and a swath reference where available. No real storm dataset is connected to this demonstration page.

What if no roofer is assigned to my area?

The territory remains unclaimed. Northline should tell you that no assigned roofer is available rather than route your request to an unrelated company. This demonstration page does not have a live territory lookup.

Does Northline charge homeowners?

No. Roofers pay Northline for territory packs. Homeowners never pay Northline to submit a roofing request. Any estimate or roofing work is arranged separately with the roofing company.

Does Northline arrange financing?

No Northline financing or lender payment path is offered on this page. No lender, interest rate, deferred-interest plan, dealer fee, financing charge, or payment schedule is represented. Any future financing offer would need to name its lender and disclose its rates, total repayment, fees, and deferred-interest consequences together.

How does Northline make money?

Roofing companies pay monthly for contracted territories. Homeowners do not pay Northline to submit a request. Northline does not sell the same request to multiple roofers or resell old homeowner requests.

Ask about a territory.

Tell us your company, the Houston area you want to serve, and how to reach you. A territory is not reserved until its boundaries and terms are confirmed in a written agreement.

Roofing company inquiry

This intake prepares a local inquiry file. It does not reserve a territory or contact Northline automatically.

No payment is taken through this form. No contract is created. No territory is reserved by submitting this inquiry.

Roofers pay us. Homeowners never do. Northline's revenue comes from the monthly roofer territory packs listed above. Northline does not charge homeowners for sending a roofing request.

Northline's business contact details and legal entity details are not yet published on this demonstration page. No contact number, company address, or license credential has been invented.

One roofer per area.

A homeowner request with a defined check. A territory with one assigned roofer. A job record that continues beyond the handoff.
